  • Yes, Wendy offers online harp lessons by arrangement, making lessons accessible no matter where you are.

  • In-person lessons are held at Wendy's home studio in Te Atatu South, Auckland.

  • Wendy teaches the lever harp, which is ideal for beginners due to its accessibility, portability, and affordability compared to pedal harps.

  • While it's ideal to have your own harp for regular practice, Wendy has a harp available for students to use during in-person lessons. She can also provide guidance on renting or purchasing a harp to suit your needs.

    Wendy provides sheet music and any necessary learning materials. Having a music stand, a notebook, and a tuner is also helpful.

  • During your first lesson, Wendy will introduce you to the basics of the lever harp, including posture, hand positioning, and simple melodies.

  • Currently, Wendy focuses on one-on-one lessons to give each student personalised attention. However, group lessons or workshops may be available on request.
